Read this before every drop.
How to send a load through the Fyrwood log drop network: what to text us, what sites accept, and what never to drop.
Step 1
Text your load info before anything else.
What to send
- 01Species. Oak, maple, ash, etc.
- 02Max diameter. Widest round in the load, in inches.
- 03Max length. Longest piece in the load, in feet.
- 04Your address. Town or zip also works.
- 05A photo of the load. Helps us confirm faster.
Steps 2 and 3
Wait for the address, then drop.
- 02We text back the closest accepting site.
You'll get the drop address, delivery instructions, and a photo of the drop location if we have one.
Do not drop until you have a confirmed address. Every site has different requirements. We match your load to the right site.
- 03Drop per the instructions. Text when done.
Drop in the designated area. Send a photo when done.
Standard load requirements
Hardwood, sized to split.
- Hardwood only (oak, maple, ash, etc.) unless otherwise confirmed.
- 24" standard. If larger than 24", please specify when texting load info.Larger-diameter loads are matched to sites that can accept them.
- 6–7 ft standard.If diameter is over 24", max length is 18".
