Everything you need to know about requesting and receiving a log drop.

Step 1 · Request a drop

Fill out the log request form.

Submit your drop request at the link below. Tell us what you're looking for — species, size preferences, and your location. The more detail you give us, the better we can match your load.

Have specific size or species requirements? Include them in the form. We'll do our best to match accordingly.

What to expect

Nothing arrives without your OK.

  1. 01We confirm before anything moves. We will always call or text to confirm the drop. Nothing arrives without your permission first.
  2. 02You don't need to be on site. If you're unavailable, no problem. We'll follow the delivery instructions you provide and send photos before and after the drop.
  3. 03Photo confirmation every time. You'll receive a photo of the drop location before delivery and a confirmation photo once the drop is complete.
  4. 04Logs may need processing. Depending on the load, logs may arrive in full lengths and will need to be cut to firewood length. Factor that into your setup.

Drop zone setup

Get your yard ready for the truck.

Log rounds in the bed of a dump truck ready to unload
  1. 01Clear truck access. The delivery vehicle needs to reach the drop area. Make sure the path is clear and accessible.
  2. 02Designated drop area. Have a clear, open area ready for the logs. The bigger and more accessible, the better.
  3. 03No overhead obstructions. Check for wires, branches, or anything overhead that could interfere with the drop.
  4. 04Include delivery instructions in your request. Gate codes, parking notes, preferred drop location — the more detail the better.
